A traveling exhibition of pictures from the Prešov and Košice self-governing regions and the Transcarpathian area of Ukraine will serve to promote the border region, which will also show a film promoting the cross border region.
The pictures will capture strengths of the border regions – Košice, Prešov and the Transcarpathian area of Ukraine. The exhibition will be installed in Svidník, Uzhgorod and at the end in Trnava. The number of visitors will be captured by the guestbook.
The traveling exhibition is implemented by the University of St. Cyril and Methodius with cooperation of the Uzhgorod University. Supervision in each place of installation will be carried out by one worker, who will also secure the showing of the film. Promotion of the area of the border region in the form of an exhibition of pictures and a movie will contribute to reducing cross border barriers and by motivating to joint development of the Slovak-Ukraine border region it will create conditions for the sustainability of the results of the project in their further elaboration.
